Needlepoint 101

If you're like most people, you taught yourself to needlepoint years ago (or were taught by Grandma). Although you've learned a lot since then, your needlepoint education has been somewhat hit-or-miss. This class is designed to take you back to the beginning and fill in the bald spots, so to speak.

3 Classes - July 16, 23 and 30
10:30 - 12:30

Cost is $130 for all necessary materials and teacher's fee.

Beginning Needlepoint Stitches

Have you always wanted to learn stitches but were afraid to try? This class will break you out of your shell. We start with a beautifully stitch painted canvas by Barbara Bergsten and by simply following the painted colors you will be stitching all sorts of new stitches before you even know it.

Canvas, stretcher bars and all threads are included in the class. Once finished you can frame your butterfly, make it into a pillow or insert in a fun leather tote to hold your stitching.
